Residents in the lower units of the WOODLAND HILLS APARTMENTS in N Memphis, awoke to find themselves wading in 4 ft of rain water that had come into their apartments during an overnight deluge. This happened in 1980, and the city thought it had protected itself from a repeat performance, that is until last night. Andre Young Jr., also known as the son of veteran music producer Dr. Dre, passed away on Saturday, August 23 of unknown causes. He was just 20 years of age.
