Put em up!

I suppose I'm seeking an argument from any of those who trust their political knowledge and experience, as I do mine. I'd say if all the different factions that support the OBAMA/BIDEN ticket, and all the different factions that support the McCain/Palin ticket, withdrew all their arguments in support or defense of either party's choice the GOP ticket would probably trip over its own shoe laces and the Dems would stumble into the white house for them.
There doesn't seem to be much of a direct challenge to the assumed preferrence of the people for this "CHANGE!," that the Dems are so fond of referring to. It would seem every faction of the nation has grown weary and dissapointed in the 8 yrs of the reigning Bush regime. When he and his cronies are gone, there will probably be a collective sigh heard round the world, certainly around the nation. Right along thru here, anyone would be preferrable to what we've had, but NOone wants to foolishly take a chance on whats being served up by the GOP. The main base of support for this terms hopeful seems to me to be those who've always voted loyally along party lines. If I had to guess, I'd say there've been more GOP's to bail out on the party, than to come in to the party! COLIN POWELL, not even being the most notable of these.
So is anyone seriously considering this to possibly be a close race? Now that we've hit the home stretch, I don't see anything that would justify that. The fate of this one was sealed after the 3d and final debate. Sure theres campaign funds that must be spent to cover discrepancies in the final budget reports of both parties, so the beat'll go on, but please. There aint no big bad wolf here and even if there were, who'd be afraid?
