Heres the latest installment of Y W F D!

Watching CHRISTINA'S COURT today and a 34 yr old icecream truck driver had beat the hell out of a 16 yr old that had cut him off in traffic. Now that might seem cruel at first glance, but here are the facts.

Admittedly the driver was going thru some personal turmoil when the he and the kid had this encounter. The kid cut him off coming down the street causing him to slam on his brakes and throw ice cream all over the inside of the truck. He said he was angry already and that set it off. He followed the kid home and when he pulled into his driveway the man pulled up behind him.

He said he approached the kid angrily shaking his finger in his face and when the kid pushed him back, spat on him, and punched him, he punched him back, knocking him down and out. Then he lost control and dropped down on him and hit him 2/3 more times, fracturing his jaw and breaking some teeth below the gum line. They were suing for $3000 and the child's father seemed like he was ready to explode thru out the whole show.

The vendor, who seemed to be rather mild mannered and soft spoken, said he composed himself, left the boy there when his friends came up and went home. He said he cried about it and prayed about it. He said he didn't know the boy was only 16 until that very day in court. He also that didn't much matter because that is not his normal demeanor anyway.

Everyone was mad at him, including the judge who ruled against him of course and ordered him to attend anger management classes. He said he didn't feel responsible for the bills because the kid not only caused the incident by cutting him off, but he hit him first.
