Do you think that Obama needs Hillary on the ticket to win? I think he would be better off picking a Caucasian Southern male in order to get the southern vote (such as Kennedy did when he picked Johnson) maybe John Edwards would be a good choice.

I don't think he needs her to win; however, I do think she will help him win by a bigger margin than any other VP that is being discussed.

I never thought he needed her and their bitter campaign rivalry did nothing to change my mind. I agree with the poster about the choice of V P. I've said Edwards would be the right one all the time. He's the right gender and race, tee hee.
