now is this magazine based on their overall character and what they've achieved that makes them sexy or soley on their looks because let's be honest if obama was not the president and i seen him walking down the street i would not find him to be attractive.

in the looks department obama is probably a 7, but his personality makes him a 10. So i guess he should be on the list, but not as number 1

I do believe some folks have a certain "SWAGGA"(swagga like us...lol) that they can be as ugly as a dawg and still turn heads. Hold up....they may just be turning heads because they are that ugly. lol That was mean...
