Martin L King III and his sister are suing their brother Dexter King for control of the Dr King Foundation. Dexter lives in California and is the CEO of the Foundation based in Atlanta. They contend that Dexter is blowing a lot of the more than $60,000,000.00 that the foundation is estimated to be worth. They say his lavish lifestyle and frivolous spending habits are draining the assets of the foundation. Their suit seeks to wrest control from him.


BERNIE MAC blew up at a fund raiser for Barak Obama this weekend. His 15 minute stand up routine was described as tasteless and off color. After the audience demanded Obama take the stage, Obama apologized for the MAC man and said that was not the kind of relation he was trying to establish with anyone of any color.


The largest German Brewery in Europe bought ANHEUSER BUSCH BREWERY for a reported $57,000,000,000.


YAHOO turned down an offer of $47,000,000,000 from Microsoft saying that was the same figure they'd presented earlier. Microsoft said if they made some technical improvements, they might increase their offer.
