They are talking about lowering the speed limits to help with gas prices. lol

Unfortunately (because I don't want the speed limit to go down), lowering it would actually reduce fuel consumption and slightly lower gas prices.

I just filled up in Mexico and what would normally have been a $70 fill-up was only $54.
