The conventional wisdom is that ladies under report the men they have had sex with and men over report the women they have been with.
I asked my (now estranged) wife the question and she said two. I now think she was lying her ass off.
I will never ask this question of a woman again. I will only discuss the issue of sexual health but never the "how many" question again. All I want is to add to whatever number it is.

phoenix, not to get too personal and if i am just let me know but lets say your wife threw out the number "59 ".would that change anything about how you feel about her within your relationship?

As long as there were no insurmountable health issues, I would just ignore it IF she was a sweet and loving wife and was faithful to me.
