In case you haven't figured it out angeladc, whenever you start a thread or post a comment it automatically appears on the home page under "recent threads", regardless of what forum you post it under. FYI, I normally don't post comments in the "Let's talk about sex" forum but if I decide to, that's my prerogative to give my opinion or not. And yes we may be all adults (chronologically) but mentally some of us are still acting like juveniles, IMO. Most adults I know are not concerned about what sexual positions others engage in, or what their favorite kissing style is, after a certain age, you figure out that some things are personal. "When I was a child I spoke as a child, but when I became a man I put away childish things". BTW, angeadc (Dr. Ruth) the word "I" is always capitalized. LOL

Everyone's entitled to their own preferences, right? Some are more open than others about talking about sex... so folks can do whatever floats their own boat.

True that! I never said that "people are not entitled to their own preferences" cc5k, where did that come from? (reading comprehension is fundamental to understanding) some people are not only open to talk about sex, but are also open to share sexual partners (called swingers) however, if don't agree with it, I am also entitled to my opinon, right?

Yes, you are entitled to your opinion too, and I know you didn't say others were not. However, IMO, you did take a derogatory tone towards the others that disagreed with you; implying and stating that they are not as mature as you for having different preferences. I think that's unnecessarily disrespectful. Maybe that was intentional though?

Also, to make a point, I'd like to draw your attention the fact that you criticized angeladc for not capitalizing the word 'i', implied I need practice with my reading comprehension, while in the very next breath misspelled the word "opinion".

Laughing at someone is different than laughing with someone. I'm not the BFRU police, but like you, I'm free to post what I want. I have little tolerance for people that try to verbally bully others (angeladc can probably handle her own), but I'm still going to speak up when I think I see it. I have 6,500 posts on here and if you're feeling bored you can dig through them and find another 1,000+ spelling/grammar errors. Knock yourself out. Or you can be like "most adults that you know" and ignore it. even when i decide not to capitilize my words...

LOL... I'm still posting and it will take more than that to make me stop. I've seen a dozen of you come and go on BFRU while I've been around and I haven't sat down and shut up yet. My guess is that I won't during your tenure on BFRU either.

I'm not going to lump you together with Jamal because my impression of Jamal is that he puts thought and consideration into his posts.
