Water Powered Car

The Japanese have developed a car that runs solely on water. The engine in the car converts the water to hydrogen, and runs on regular tap water. There is no carbon emmision, only condensation comes from the exhaust, making it environmentally friendly. There was also an American by the name of Stan Meyers who also invented a water powered vehicle that ran entirely on water and got 100 per gal. Unfortunately he was mysteriously murdered in 1998 (allegedly poisoned). Stan Meyer's had spoken repeatedly about how he was being threatened by oil companies, but refused to bow to their wishes of abandoning the project.
