Here's something I found. I don't vouch for its validty.
Food To Gain Weight
Protein sources (50% of your daily calories)
fish (tuna, salmon, haddock, cod), turkey, chicken, red meats (flank steak, lean ground beef), dairy products (cottage cheese, milk, low-fat yogurt), eggs, soybeans, nuts, legumes, ham, pork, shellfish, scallops, lamb, tofu, protein supplements (whey, egg, milk, soy protein supplements)
Carbohydrate Sources (40 % of your daily calories)
fruits, brown rice, whole grain breads & cereals, bagels, oatmeal, pasta, potatoes, vegetables (broccoli, green beans, corn), legumes (chick peas, lima, kidney, and soybeans), cream-of-wheat, pretzels, yams
Fat sources (10% of your daily calories)
olive oil, peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, safflower oil, sunflower oil, walnuts, flax seed oil, borage oil, avacadoes, fish oils (salmon), cla (conjugated linoleic acid)
Snacks
Apples, raw baby carrots, beef jerky, nuts, pretzels, baked potato chips, protein bars (Balance, Met-RX), yogurt.
-----
Or you could do like the rest of us and eat fried chicken, ribs, pizza and ice cream.

You're from Houston, my suggestion: eat at the Breakfast Club 3 days out of the week, get the red beans and rice from the Red Cat Jazz Cafe...(the big a$$ bowl) 2 days out the week, followed by 1 day at Micky's Soul Food Cafe, the last day, Sunday, you'll need to come to my Granny's house so she can fatten you up, lol.

About 80% better in my opinion..."this is it" just got a lot of hype because of Jason's Lyric.

Although I will never use the term "perfection" to describe any woman other than my wife , I agree with Phoenix... you don't need to gain any weight.
