wow........umm
my three children were unplanned but definitely not accidents.
I knew when we didnt put that condom on or when i refused to take those birth control
pills that somewhere down the line I would be a mother. So somewhere down the line, I EXPECTED to be a mother, just didnt want to admit to myself that it would so soon...
Any person who knows that the consequences of your sexual irresponsibility will eventually lead to the possibility of a new life does not have ACCIDENTS.

people are always talking about residual income and making money. Life is not about making money. In life the greatest wealth you can have is a family. And how much better is it to have children.
One's children in a normal society is a way to measure a man's holisitc wealth. Kids are wealth, not money

Love your response. But as to your last sentence, if you don't plan it, what is it? There may some less caustic term for it, I'm sure there is, but I prefer the basic. I'm not arguing the point or anything, I'm just discussing the possibilities with one who is extremely prolife like yourself.

Now you may have something here for future debate!

You must remember a mans wealth, or worth, is not always measured in dollars and cents. Some societies consider the number of wives, or the number of goats, or the size of the car, or the longest piece of anatomy. Yeah it could be neck, lips, earlobes, ass, or penis. It depends on the society. I suppose there are even some societies that measure wealth by children, although I honestly can't think of one at the moment. It might have something to do with the cost to feed the little buggers! lmao

Not sure what to make of this. Are you aware that married couples without kids tend to be happier than those with kids? I would consider happiness a type of "wealth".

maybe just simple thinking but i like to think of it as God's will.
I want to believe that if the child was not meant to be put on this Earth, it wouldnt
happen.

You would consider it a type of wealth, but the rest of the world doesnt not. NormaJean with 18 children isnt considered wealthy if she's happy or not.
Married couples without kids are swingers.

Well, no need to parse words... the term "wealth" is used a few different ways. I'm not disagreeing with you, but I was simply pointing out to atomiclarry that if family can be considered "wealth" then "happiness" can as well.
In a related note, it looks like some folks have different definitions for the term "swingers" too.

Do we need to start a new thread?

My DH and I tried for three years. We saw fertility specialist and thankfully with the help of modern medicine, were able to concieve our beautiful son.
There was a deep itch in me to have a child. I can't explain it...I just knew it was meant to be,
