JP, what are the rules regarding spreading reputation? I use the reputation feature very rarely; only when I find a post to be extremely impressive or extremely offensive. I tried to use this feature recently, only to get a dialog box that informed me that I must spread some reputation around to other users before using it on the same person again.
This safeguard makes sense, to prevent people from artificially boosting or lowering other folks' reputations. I am curious as to what the limits/rules are for this feature and do you think it is scaled properly for BFRU?
