Of course not, but shouldn't you
expect them to? If you're straight and got locked up do you have the right to expect protection from the system? Or do you accept the fact that you did something wrong and got locked up, so if some bulldagger decides she wants to come into your cell and tap that ass, you gotta
expect that.

not? But in any case, the fact is sex is a priviledge loss to incarceration. Lets just say you on lockdown and a close, near, dear, family member passes, you think you spose to be released for awhile to grieve with the family. I don't think so, you lose that right to! Its called paying restitution baby girl. IMO, there is no
logical argument for public priviledges to be given to a convicted person. You can debate from the heart's pov all day, but you can't have cake and eat cake too!
