Now how come so many youngsters seemed to've missed that? Today I saw a guy with the waistband of his pants just below the cheeks of his ass. He wore some cotton boxers that were damn near totally exposed and he was standing wide legged, like a child that had just shit his pants, to keep his pants from falling down. Not only did he look ridiculous, but he looked ridiculous and NASTY! Why do young Black men do that to themselves. It was hard to believe when he came out of the house, that was the look he wanted to achieve.
