Theres something called a mutual decree. Unless one of you is trying to get alimony, child support, or some other stipend, you can walk away free and clear. No lawyer, no court, no outside interference. You should look into that and gon take care of yo business. Y'all gon have tax return issues, medical bills, child care, and a whole bunch of other nasty bullcrap to contend with if you don't "CRAP OR GET OFF THE POT!"
