Never been through it myself, but here's my 2 cents...

I do know a few people that jeapordized their futures by harping on their pasts, and they ended up regretting it. It sounds like deep down you know that you and your husband are never going to make it work, despite the soft spots you'll always have for each other.

I'm curious if you think you have a chance of making it with your current boyfriend. And if so, what does he want and how does he feel about it? (I almost think we can all guess the answer to that one.)

It would be sad to damage a promising relationship (your possible future) because of not letting go of your past.
