Let's not obfuscate the issue kisha, it's not about respect it's about reality, and your "king" analogy is a bad comparison. A king is a title whereas a man or woman is a gender based on biology. If you want to convince yourself that a woman is a man and therefore refer to her as a man, thats your prerogative, however, I choose not to do so. Also calling a woman a woman is the correct term, to do otherwise is delusional. It is what it is.
