Geez,I don’t want to get into a back and forth but my take on all this is much like the earlier comments. My job is to defend my client (guilty or innocent). If the accuser doesn’t have proof, he/she loses. Justice is served when the case is decided on the facts and evidence so sometimes the guilty will walk and the innocent go to jail. CC5k, you may not like it but that’s how our justice system works.
