R&B star R. Kelly spoke for the first time in his child pornography trial Tuesday, when Judge Vincent Gaughan informed the singer of his right not to testify in the case.
"I decided not to testify," Kelly responded. The jury was not present. Judge Gaughan reportedly urged the singer to reconsider his decision.
