Been out in the field working since Feb. had a few days a month in the office. The weather has been my friend and enemy all in the same. Without it I sit in the office and shuffle papers and hang out with ya'll which is all good.

But, bad weather gets me paid. I have clocked over 200 hours of over time in the last three months. Only problem is I have to wait for a lump sum payment. So I'll be playing catch up so forgive me now if I dig up threads and give my opinion.
