It's funny, because I think that our culture celebrates the "thugs." All girls hear today is how the need a soulja, a thug, etc. No one has made a song called "I Need a Bank Manager." If a "thug" is what you say "no savings, no IRA, no 401k etc" then IMO I don't think as a whole Blackfolks celebrate that. Young folks may have bought into it but, grownfolks haven't. I think the term is thrown around far too much. Hell, I call the popo who whooped on Rodney King a bunch of thugs.

Besides, don't sistas want brothas to be a little rough around the edges....LOL pull that hair, slap dat ass ;D TGIF
