A new bombshell may be waiting to explode in the case of Oscar Grant, the black man who was killed by a white San Francisco Bay Area Transit Authority police officer.

Jena Six case wrapped up with plea bargains
JENA, La. - Five members of the Jena Six pleaded no contest Friday to misdemeanor simple battery and won’t serve jail time, ending a case that thrust a small Louisiana town into the national spotlight and sparked a massive civil rights demonstration.
The five, standing quietly surrounded by their lawyers, were sentenced to seven days unsupervised probation and fined $500.

Holocaust museum attack! |

An 89 yr old "skin head" opened fire at the national holocaust memorial museum in Washington killing a 39 yr old Black man yesterday. The victim, had been a security guard at the museum for about 6 yrs and leaves a 9 yr old son.

Executives for GENERAL MOTORS, after filing chapter 13 bankruptcy says they'll use the 80 billion they got recently in the federal bail out package, to address the more than 107 billion they're in the hole first. After the governments of Canada (12%) and the U S (75%) took over control of the bankrupt automaker, any stock in the company is worthless. They are expecting the government to fork over another 20 billion soon.
